@mwaraitch hi that was me , i just want to know if i should use this site for my preparation , im not trying to copy everything , i just want to read and develop my personality according to the "recommended" standards, i am going to be giving the issb test next year , not this year and i will opt for the pma lc

the recommended personality is the on advised by Allah and Parents. No separate personality invented by issb

@mwaraitch if someone has thelassimia minor trait , but there Hb level is normal , will they be declared unfit?

only a doctor can determine that after due examination. Minor or major can be interpreted by a doctor.

@mwaraitch okay i did get it checked before they said i am a carrier ( its not a disease ) , my Hb levels are normal and stuff just my MCV ( the red blood cell's size ) is smaller , but my body produces MORE red blood cell's to compensate for it and the oxygen level in my cells is also normal , i will try and ask a doctor who is in the military , thanks for your reply!!

Also i wanted to ask if thallasemia MINOR is an instant disqualification or not , im not talking about major

See a medical specialist in a cmh as a civ patient.

In my personal opinion, minor and major both are not accepted. However, only a doctor can tell the correct situation.

After passing the initial test of paf and filing out the issb data form, do i have to register myself on the officsl issb portal

You can try to register, however, the registration/ login will only be possible when ISSB gets your cnic # and clearance information from PAF HQ. So try after 7 to 10 days of initial test. Thereafter keep checking on weekly basis.

the PAF courses are starting on 8 Oct - https://issb.gov.pk/issb-schedule - so female candidate may get the call up tentatively around mid September

I cleared my initial test of PAF from fsd center. As the calls have started to come to get the ISSB form, my father got a call from the center (he is retired from navy) asking about his rank and other detailed information but they didnt tell to get the form. What could be the reason for asking this info now while others are getting called to get forms

@mwaraitch This is to inform everyone who are interested in applying as an M cadet during their 4th and 5th year MBBS that this scheme has been revoked/ discontinued since march 26 as per the orders from the MEDICAL DIRECTORATE and PA DIRECTORATE until further notice. The only way possible to join as a doctor is via the IC as a GDMO

Validation / confirmation due to various reason are routine matters.
