It varies from person to person. However, in most cases, where the candidate is reasonably intelligent, no formal training from any issb academy is needed. One can do it easily at home.

Thats what is precisely suggested in the post. If a candidate cannot attend ISSB due to some pressing need, he / she shall apply for shifting his schedule as advised in this post.
