Physical Standards Initial Tests Army and Navy

Physical Tests Standards. The candidates must qualify the following physical standards at the time of preliminary selection:-

Physical Test PMA and TCC
► 1.6 Km Run - 8 minutes
► Push Ups - 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
► Sit Ups - 20 repetitions in 2 minutes
► Chin Ups - 3 repetitions in 2 minutes
► Ditch Crossing - 7’.4” x 7’.4” and 4’ deep

Physical Test - ICTO / RV&FC / Psych (male)
► 1.6 Km Run - 9 minutes
► Push Ups - 10 repetitions in 2 minutes
► Sit Ups - 10 repetitions in 2 minutes
► Chin Ups - 2 repetitions in 2 minutes
► Ditch Crossing - x

Physical Tests - Female Candidates, LCC
► 1.6 Km Run - 14 minutes

Assalamoalikum Watehmatullah Admin, I just gave the ISSB exam today but due to mismanagement of time only I couldn't make it. Can you help me arrange a new exam date if possible in the current admission session. I think I can do it, I'm still having the potential. And I want to comaplete it anyhow

- One can appear in ISSB again as per the rules, you have to apply for the next course.

it can vary from 15 days to 35 days. Depends what is the stage of selection
