- It's sub group task in which GTO divides a group in two sub-groups, which work separately.
- The group is given:
- -- 2 bodies weighing around 6-8 KG
- -- 2 tires tied with a rope
- -- It's necessary that at least two members are holding at a time all the 4 things
- -- While rest of the 2 members will act as subordinate to help other members.
- -- Time given is 8 minutes and the group has to come through 5 obstacles in there way,
1: zig zag
2: 8 shaped iron poles
3: hanging ropes in the shape of square (touching the red blocks would be a foul)
4: 4 feet high walls connected connected by round pipes like structure
5: a high wall approximately 6-7 feet - -- After all these obstacles/ race, i.e. there's a kind of a group task and the group will have to pass all the luggage (planks, drum, Bamboo & 2 bodies+ tyres) without touching out of bound areas....

>>Half Group Task:
>>Group Race: An additional group race is added to Half Group Task.
Group is divided into two parts. For example in case of 12 members it will split into 6 and 6 members(two groups each have 6 members).
>>Time: 10 min
>>Material: Following Material is provided by them..
1. Dummy almost 10 to 12kgs
2. Tyre suspend with ropes having two ends
>>Total Obstacles: 5
1. Zig Zag
2. Double Box
3. Spider Web
4. Double wall(4 feet) a Pipe places between the walls
5. High Wall(8 feet)
>>Rules: GTO will explain you all rules before the task..
> Red Colour is out of bound and consider fowl.
> Once you lift up the material i.e Dummy and Tyre you are not allowed to place them on Ground otherwise it will be considered fowl.
> Minimum 2 persons will hold the material at a time.
> Your Group must reast finish line within 10 min.
>>Objective: Reach finish line with group and material in a given time.
>> What GTO will Observe:
1. Your INITIATIVE- As when u see the height of ropes, walls how u react.
2. Your Physical strength- Whether you are able to help the group or you are just a liability.
3. Coordination with the group members, as whether you are able to influence your group or not.
4. How responsible you are, whether you are breaking rules or not, If you have brolen 1 rule whether you are accepting it or not, are you repeating that task or not.
5. Whether you are selfish or you are good member of a group that he checks via are u running alone or you are taking the group with yourself or not.
6. Lastly i would like to say “ It doesn't matter that your team won or came last in the race, always focus on your role, how you helped the group to reach that position”.
IF YOU WILL THINK ONCE ON THESE LINES YOU WILL ALWAYS PERFORM THE BEST IN Group Race, GTO TASKS.
