Individual Obstacles for Female Candiates at ISSB

This topic contains guidelines for individual obstacles for female candidates at ISSB. These Individual Obstacles are equally applicable on all-female courses like Lady cadet course, GDP and CAE.
ISSB Tests and Procedures are same for girls and boys except for the obstacles mentioned here.
GTO tasks at ISSB include 9 obstacles; however for girls, there are variations in these. The number of obstacles and time for completion for different courses of female candidates is mentioned in the list of obstacles below;-

- Hanging Tyre: 2 marks
- Hanging Bridge: 3 marks
- High Jump:
- Ditch Crossing: 4 marks
- Zig Zag: 4 marks
- Ring: 5 marks
- Tarzan Swing: 6 marks (GDP only)
- Monkey Bridge: 7 marks (GDP only)
- Rope: 11 marks (GDP only)
