Lady Cadet Course (LCC), eligibility, initial test including verbal and non verbal, physical, initial interview, ISSB tests, notes, experiences of LCC are discussed in this forum
As per testing procedure of Short Service Commission, after clearing ISSB, a panel interview is held at GHQ.
Here is details of what all is included in it:
Panel Interview is generally a mix of 4 aspects:
1) Psychological question asked by a Psychologist. (Strength and weaknesses, type of friends one likes to have, some questions related to family)
2) Situational Questions Asked by HRI official. (Office environment related questions)
3) Technical Questions related to Qualification / Degree and Final Year project / experiences asked by officer from related Branch.

This is biggest luring point by the academies to get money - the tasks are simple and can be undertaken without preparation. In your daily life focus on doing things like planning for a visit, trip - steps before going, during and after coming back- this enables a planning mindset
